Named-user software
Every person using FSConnect software requires a named-user seat. Seats may not be shared concurrently. Final device, activation, reassignment, offline-use, renewal, and support rules will be disclosed before purchase.
FSConnect / Licensing

The commercial licensing model is still being finalized. These principles describe the intended structure and do not replace the license presented with a future product.
Individual template license
An individual license is intended for one independent practitioner or sole proprietor. It does not permit sharing the source template or included content with an employer, coworker, affiliate, or other organization for use as a company resource.
Organization template license
An organization license permits internal template and content use within the purchasing legal entity. It does not automatically extend to parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, outside consultants, clients, or unrelated businesses unless they are expressly included.
Distribution boundaries
Licensed customers may use the resources to create project deliverables, but may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, or provide the source template or content as a competing or shared library. Delivered packages may include purchaser and license identifiers.
Custom deliverables
Ownership and reuse rights for custom templates, workflows, models, add-ins, and design deliverables will be stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work. A signed project agreement controls when it differs from general site language.
Customer work product
FSConnect does not claim ownership of a customer’s Revit models, project data, drawings, specifications, or other work product merely because FSConnect software or services were used with them.
