What the price means
Individuals receive a one-person license. Organizations license the template once for internal use by their legal entity rather than buying a separate template for every employee.
Installation help, bug reports, and documented features are covered. Company-specific setup, training, and customization are professional services.
Individual Launch includes the first software year. Company Launch prices every first-year seat at $199. Afterward, each active named user renews at $199 annually.
Services begin with a written scope and are scheduled around available capacity rather than bundled into product purchases.

No. The individual license is for one independent practitioner or sole proprietor. It does not permit sharing the source template or included content with an employer, coworker, affiliate, or other organization for use as a company resource.
A firm purchases the $499 organization template license once for internal use within one legal entity, then adds first-year software access at $199 for each named user. Ten users would total $2,489 in the first year.
Continued software access, compatibility updates, hotfixes, and product support renew at $199 per active named user each year. The properly licensed downloaded template version remains available for approved internal use.
No. Each person using FSConnect software needs a named-user seat. A firm may reassign a seat when staffing changes, subject to the final transfer and activation rules disclosed before purchase.
Current builds target Revit 2024–2026 on Windows. Revit 2021–2023 are planned full-feature targets, while Revit 2019–2020 are being evaluated as legacy versions with documented limitations.
Product support covers installation, verified bugs, documented features, and compatibility releases. Company-specific configuration, training, content, templates, workflow design, and add-in development are professional services.
Yes. Custom engagements are scoped separately, begin at $1,500, and are scheduled according to availability.

Final product contents, license scope, tested Revit versions, taxes, activation and transfer limits, renewal, cancellation, refund, and other terms will be shown before checkout or included in a written proposal.
